The portable ATTACK™ Digital Fire Training System combines digital flames, sound and smoke to create a range of realistic simulated fire conditions that respond directly to hose line and extinguisher application. Practically train with a seat of fire where live fire isn’t possible or practical using a laser digital branch or up to a 70mm real hose line. The ATTACK™ can replicate A, B, C and E class fires and can be set to an easy knockdown difficulty level 1 up to a difficulty level 10, that would be impossible to extinguish.
Ship marine fire hose line training on HMAS Canberra
The ATTACK™ system is designed to integrate with the LION SG4000 Smoke Generator, capable of producing over 630 cubic metres of smoke per minute. Add extra attack panels that connect wirelessly to create customised fire extension scenarios where the fire has expanded into adjacent rooms or to the floor above. Alternatively, group the panels together to create a larger seat of fire – like flashovers. Once the training outcome is determined, customise the system to ensure the desired scenario is created.
Members of HMAS Canberra’s ship’s company demonstrate the use of a SmartExtinguisher training system from BullEx Australia aboard HMAS Canberra.
Train new firefighters on fundamentals before introducing them to live fire and change up training scenarios to challenge veteran firefighters as the ATTACK™ panel is tough enough to handle any hose line in your service. The watertight panel’s integrated thermal sensors detect water application and the fire and smoke respond automatically. Smoke output is tied to the size of the fire and the time since ignition. Once the fire is started, it will grow and extend to additional panels while producing realistic volumes of smoke.
